Online inquiry and issue reporting

If you have questions or inquiries about this support program, submit them through the KakaoCloud 1:1 Inquiry page or call 1688-0301.

Note

General support is available from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays. Emergency and issue support is available 24/7.

  1. Go to the Modu AI dashboard. For instructions, see Dashboard and console login.

  2. In the lower-right corner, click Inquiry and issue reporting. If you do not use the dashboard, go directly to the KakaoCloud 1:1 Inquiry page.

  3. Select or enter the following values, and then provide the required information about your inquiry.

    • Inquiry category: National AI Computing
    • Domain name: kakao-gpu
