Manage payment method
You can pay your monthly bills using the provided payment methods as follows.
When using a credit card, the usage fees will be automatically charged on the scheduled monthly payment date, which is the 10th of each month.
When using a dedicated account, you can directly deposit the service fees using the dedicated account of Kakao Enterprise. You can apply for a dedicated account through Helpdesk.

can access the View estimated cost menu. - Even billing role users will have restricted access to the billing menu if they are not part of a billing group.
- Users can only view invoices for the billing groups they have access to.
Manage payment methods by billing group
You can register and change payment methods for each billing group. Payment methods must be registered for all billing groups individually.
The payment method for the main billing group must be registered. If no payment method is registered for the main billing group, KakaoCloud services cannot be used. Additionally, sub-billing groups cannot be created under a billing group without a registered payment method.
If a payment method is not registered, late fees may be incurred due to unpaid invoices. Please ensure that payment methods are registered for all billing groups.

Available payment methods by member type
The available payment methods and authentication requirements vary depending on the member type.

Register credit card
Register a credit card as a payment method to enable automatic monthly billing.
- Select the Billing menu in the KakaoCloud Console.
- Click on the Payment methods menu, then click the [Register payment method] button for the billing group you want to register.
- In the Automatic payment registration popup, select the payment method and agree to the terms, then click [Next].
- Enter the required information and perform identity verification based on the selected payment method, then click [Next].
- For details on member type and authentication requirements by payment method, refer to Supported payment methods by member type.
- Verify the registered payment method in the Payment methods menu.
Change credit card
You can change your registered credit card to another card.
- Select the Billing menu in the KakaoCloud Console.
- Click on the Payment methods menu, then click the [Change payment method] button for the billing group you want to modify.
- In the Automatic payment registration popup, select the payment method and agree to the terms, then click [Next].
- Enter the required information and perform identity verification based on the selected payment method, then click [Next].
- For details on member type and authentication requirements by payment method, refer to Supported payment methods by member type.
- Once the new payment method is successfully registered, the previous payment method will be deleted.
- Verify the updated payment method in the Payment methods menu.
