As-is: When creating a CDN service, users had to click the [More] icon and then click Start or Restart to change the status from 'initializing' to 'Running' to execute deployment.
To-be: Service deployment now proceeds to 'Provisioning' status immediately after creation and changes to 'Running' status once deployment is completed.
As-is: If CDN service settings were changed, the changes were not automatically applied, and users had to click the [More] icon and then Start or Restart to apply the changes.
To-be: When CDN service settings are changed, the changes are now automatically applied and distributed.
