Monitoring
KakaoCloud provides comprehensive Monitoring and Cloud Trail, allowing you to monitor VPC and analyze traffic patterns for effective troubleshooting of resource issues.
Monitoring
KakaoCloud Monitoring service collects VPC metrics. With Monitoring, you can configure statistics for these metric elements into time-series dashboards. By monitoring specified metrics, you can receive alerts if metrics exceed acceptable ranges, ensuring that the system is performing as expected. For more detailed information about monitoring, refer to Monitoring.
BCS > Instance-based Networking Metrics
Metric | Unit | Description |
---|---|---|
network_rx_bytes_persec | bytes/s | Incoming throughput |
network_tx_bytes_persec | bytes/s | Outgoing throughput |
network_rx_packets_persec | packets/s | Incoming packet rate |
network_tx_packets_persec | packets/s | Outgoing packet rate |
Cloud Trail
Cloud Trail automatically collects and records user activity.
It tracks user activities such as logins and resource creations, modifications, and deletions on an event-by-event basis, enabling you to manage activity information. In the console, you can view events from the last 90 days for projects, serving as audit evidence to ensure compliance with security policies. Additionally, you can check recent activities in projects, whether unauthorized users have accessed projects, or if there have been any unauthorized actions.
For more details, refer to Cloud Trail.
