Alert Center overview
KakaoCloud's Alert Center is a service that allows you to set alert policies and configure notification channels to get notifications when events or resource failures occur in KakaoCloud services. By configuring alerts and receiving them in a timely manner, you can quickly identify and resolve issues in KakaoCloud services.
Purpose and use cases
With the Alert Center service, you can configure alert policies and notification channels. Alert policies can be set for metrics, logs, and events, and notification channels include email, SMS, Alim Talk, Slack, and webhooks.
Features
Service-specific events and alert policies
- You can configure specialized event alerts for each KakaoCloud service, and by selecting default event options, you can easily receive alerts for those services.

Support for various notification channel types
- Multiple notification channels can be selected for a single alert policy.
- Alerts are sent using templates specific to each channel type, making it easier to respond quickly in unexpected environments.
Manage recipients within a project
- You can register and manage users with permissions within a project as recipients.
Centralized management of alert delivery history
- Provides a centralized management feature to view the delivery status, error codes, and failure information on a single screen.
- You can view message delivery results by delivery time or by service, and apply filters to focus on specific delivery history as needed.
