View sent history
The following describes how to view alert messages sent according to configured alert policies and their delivery results.
View alert sent history

In the KakaoCloud console, go to one of the following menus.
- Project-level sent history: Management > Alert Center > Sent history
- Organization-level sent history: Management > Alert Center for Organization > Sent history

Check the sent history list.
Field Description Alert policy name Name of the alert policy that sent the alert Sent at Time when the alert message was sent Status Alert message delivery status Sent count Total number of sent alert messages Success count Number of alert messages sent successfully Failure count Number of alert messages that failed to send Condition type Alert trigger condition type Alert history Select [Alert history] to view alerts generated by the alert policy
View alert sent history details
You can view alert delivery results and details by notification channel.

In the KakaoCloud console, go to one of the following menus.
- Project-level sent history: Management > Alert Center > Sent history
- Organization-level sent history: Management > Alert Center for Organization > Sent history

Select [Expand] on the left of the sent history item whose details you want to view.
Field Description Notification channel name Name of the notification channel configured in the alert policy Channel category Whether the channel is the main channel or alternative channel Status Whether the alert message delivery is complete Sent count Total number of sent alert messages Success count Number of alert messages sent successfully Failure count Number of alert messages that failed to send Channel type Type of channel that received the alert Details Select [Details] to view detailed delivery results in a pop-up -
Select [Details], then check the detailed delivery results by notification channel in the Delivery result details pop-up.
For SMS, if multiple messages are sent with the same recipient/sender number and message content within a short time, a device may recognize them as one message.
Therefore, the actual number of received messages may differ depending on the mobile carrier or device model.
