Improvements​

  • Project Management Location Update:

    • Moved IAM project management from IAM Service > Project Management to Dashboard > Project Information Dashboard > Project Management.

  • Console UI Overhaul:

    • Improved UI across IAM service menus:
      • Project Menu: Enhanced UI for user/group role management and user/group lists.
      • User Menu: Improved UI for user registration, role management, group management, and access key lists.
      • Group Menu: Updated UI for managing group users and IAM roles, as well as the group list.
      • Access Key Menu: Enhanced UI for access key lists.
      • Organization Management Menu: Redesigned UI for organization management services.
    • Service Account Menu: Separated service accounts and service agents into distinct menus.

  • Billing Viewer Role Update:
    • Before: View resource usage and estimated charges for assigned projects only.
    • After: View resource usage and estimated charges across all projects.

Policy Changes​

  • Access Key Quota Update:
    • Before: No limit on access key issuance.
    • After: Limited to 2 access keys per project per user account.
    • Users with more than 2 keys per project must reduce the count below 2 to issue new keys.

Starting August 14, 2024, a maximum of 2 access keys per project will be allowed per user account.
Existing accounts exceeding this limit must delete keys to comply before issuing new ones.

New features​

  • Added organization-wide access key issuance status view under IAM > Access Key.
  • Added access key issuance details view under IAM > User > User Details > Access Key tab.

Please update to the new endpoint for uninterrupted service.
