Resource Explorer overview

The Resource Explorer service is a resource exploration tool provided by KakaoCloud, allowing you to easily search for various resources within your project using metadata such as name, tags, and IDs. It also allows you to directly navigate to the resource's detail page and perform necessary tasks.

Purpose and use cases

Resource Explorer is designed to allow integrated viewing of cloud resources dispersed across multiple services on a single interface.
Operators can precisely search for resources based on conditions such as name, tags, and IDs, instantly check the status of those resources, and perform related tasks. Using tag-based searches allows resources to be logically categorized by organization, project, or environment, making it useful for governance and cost management. Additionally, improved resource accessibility and search convenience simplify resource identification and task linkage during team collaboration or onboarding of new users.
