Console layout
KakaoCloud provides a web-based GUI (Graphical User Interface) user console that allows you to conveniently manage projects and resources.
In the KakaoCloud console, you can create projects, which are the basic unit for using service resources. It also provides various features required to use cloud services, such as inviting users, configuring IAM (Identity and Access Management), and managing network settings.

Convenience features
The KakaoCloud console provides convenience features that you can configure for your needs.
These features are enabled by default. You can enable or disable them from the settings menu in the upper-right corner.
- Some convenience features are available only in the new console.
- Task Manager and Notifications are currently in beta and initially available for selected services, including Beyond Compute Service and VPC.

Show context menu in table
If you enable Support context menu in table from the settings button in the upper-right corner of the KakaoCloud console, the action buttons appear as a pop-up when you right-click in the resource list screen.
- If you right-click in the upper area of the screen, you can still use the default context menu provided by the browser.

Show bottom panel
If you enable Resource list screen from the settings button in the upper-right corner of the KakaoCloud console, the detailed information of the selected resource appears in the bottom panel when you select the checkbox in the resource list screen.

Show right panel
If you enable Detail screen from the settings button in the upper-right corner of the KakaoCloud console, you can view the detailed information of resources in the right panel.
The right panel appears only when there is no shortcut icon next to the resource name. If there is a shortcut icon, the detailed information opens on a new screen.

Task Manager
When you request a resource operation, you can view its progress and result in real time in Task Manager at the bottom of the console. You can continue to monitor operations in progress and completed operations after moving to another service or menu. Expand an operation to view its progress by step and the target resources.
Operations are categorized as All, In progress, Succeeded, Failed, or Partially failed (partially succeeded). For a failed operation, you can view the failed subtask and the reason for the failure. You can remove reviewed operations individually or clear all completed operations at once.

Notifications
Notifications provide resource operation results and KakaoCloud console updates in one place. When an operation is complete, you are notified immediately, so you can continue working elsewhere in the console without missing the result.
Notifications are divided into the All, My resources, and Console updates tabs. My resources shows whether resource operations that you requested succeeded or failed. Console updates provides information about new features and major updates. Notifications are available as in-app notifications and browser push notifications, and you can configure how you receive them.
