Console layout
KakaoCloud provides a web-based GUI (Graphical User Interface) user console that allows you to conveniently manage projects and resources.
In the KakaoCloud console, you can create projects, which are the basic unit for using service resources. It also provides various features required to use cloud services, such as inviting users, configuring IAM (Identity and Access Management), and managing network settings.
The new KakaoCloud console UI released on Mar 13, 2026 was first applied to some services, and will be gradually applied to the remaining services. Until the new UI is applied to all services, you can temporarily switch between the existing console UI and the new console UI.

The KakaoCloud console provides various screen convenience features that you can use according to your needs and preferences.
These features are enabled by default.

Show context menu in table
If you enable Support context menu in table from the settings button in the upper-right corner of the KakaoCloud console, the action buttons appear as a pop-up when you right-click in the resource list screen.
- If you right-click in the upper area of the screen, you can still use the default context menu provided by the browser.

Show bottom panel
If you enable Resource list screen from the settings button in the upper-right corner of the KakaoCloud console, the detailed information of the selected resource appears in the bottom panel when you select the checkbox in the resource list screen.

Show right panel
If you enable Detail screen from the settings button in the upper-right corner of the KakaoCloud console, you can view the detailed information of resources in the right panel.
The right panel appears only when there is no shortcut icon next to the resource name. If there is a shortcut icon, the detailed information opens on a new screen.
