Sign-in and sign-out

Sign in

To sign in to KakaoCloud, Org Admin must register members as IAM users. Upon the registration, an Organization Invitation and Password Registration email is sent to the user's email.

This document explains how a KakaoCloud user can sign in to the KakaoCloud Console after receiving the email.

1. If you are accessing the KakaoCloud Console for the first time, check your email whose title is Organization Invitation and Password Registration email and complete the password registration.

   • The password must be registered within 7 days of receiving the email. If 7 days have passed, you need to reset the password. For details, refer to Reset password.
   • If you have already completed password registration, start from the number 2.

   If you have not received the Organization Invitation and Password Registration Guide email, please contact the Org Admin.

2. Go to the KakaoCloud Console, enter the organization name, and click the [Next] button.

   Information	Description
   Organization name	The organization name registered by the Org Owner - Able to check in the Organization Invitation and Password Registration Guide email. - If you do not know the organization name, contact the Org Owner or Org Admin.

3. Enter your ID (email) and password, then click the [Log in] button.

   • If you enter the wrong password more than 5 times, login will be restricted for 1 hour.

Sign out

You can sign out from the KakaoCloud Console on all browsers.

1. Click on the profile at the top right of the console screen.
2. Click Sign out.
