Sign in

To sign in to KakaoCloud, an organization administrator must first register the organization members as IAM users.
When the administrator registers a user in the organization, an Organization invitation and password registration guide email is sent to the user's email address.

This document explains how a KakaoCloud user signs in to the KakaoCloud console for the first time after receiving the Organization invitation and password registration guide email.

1. When accessing the KakaoCloud console for the first time, check the Organization invitation and password registration guide email sent by the organization administrator and complete password registration.

   • Register the password within 7 days after receiving the email. If 7 days have passed, perform Reset password.
   • If you have already completed password registration, proceed from step 2.

   If you did not receive the Organization invitation and password registration guide email, request the organization administrator to Register user.

2. Go to the KakaoCloud Console, enter the organization name, and click the Next button.

   Organization name	Organization name registered by the organization owner - Enter the cloud organization name provided in the organization invitation email - If you do not know the organization name, contact the organization owner or administrator

3. Enter the ID (email) and password, then click the Sign in button.

   • If the ID or password is entered incorrectly more than 5 times, sign-in is temporarily restricted. Reset the password and try again.

The default session timeout for the KakaoCloud console is 30 minutes.
If there is no activity in the console, the user is automatically signed out after 30 minutes.
If necessary, configure a custom session timeout.

Sign out

You can sign out of the KakaoCloud console from all browsers.

1. Click the profile in the upper-right corner of the console.

2. Click Sign out.
