Virtual Machine Fees
Virtual Machine (VM) charge fees based on the amount of time an Instance is used. The hourly rate varies depending on the size of the instance.

Quota
A quota represents the maximum number of resources or the maximum capacity of each resource that can be allocated within a single organization or project on KakaoCloud. Some quotas are eligible for an increase upon request via the Helpdesk.
The basic quota information for Virtual Machines is as follows.

- Quotas set and limit the allowable resources for users, enabling the prediction and management of charges. However, the actual occupancy of resources may not match the allocated quotas. Fore more details, please refer to Instance state and billing.
- The quotas for the number of VM Instances, CPU cores, and memory are shared with Bare Metal Servers and GPUs.
