  1. VM Export
    • This stage involves collecting necessary data and configuration information to export the virtual machine (VM). This may include the VM's current state, configuration information, etc.
  2. Offline delivery and receipt
    • The collected VM data and configuration information are processed for offline delivery or for going through the delivery acceptance process. This stage involves coordinating matters related to the method of transmission.
  3. Image security review
    • The delivered VM data and configuration information are reviewed to ensure compliance with security policies. This step guarantees the legality and safety of the VM image.
  4. Transfer to Public Zone
    • VM images that pass the security inspection are transferred to the Public Zone. In this stage, the VM image becomes accessible in a generally accessible area.
  5. Creation and allocation of VM
    • A new VM is created and allocated based on the VM image transferred to the public area. This stage activates the virtual machine instance, making the VM available for use.
  6. Completion Notice
    • A notice of completion is given to relevant stakeholders or users. This updates the project status and allows those involved to proceed with their tasks.
